“Do you know a trusted place for this?”
After more than 10 years of experience in real estate development and investment, we began hearing this question more and more often from friends, colleagues, and people across our professional network in Georgia’s real estate market.
The requests came in many forms:
- Some were looking for apartments to rent in Tbilisi or Batumi.
- Others were searching for genuine real estate investment opportunities.
- Some wanted a trusted opinion before making a purchase — an honest property evaluation.
- And many simply asked the same question, over and over:
“Do you know a trusted company that can help me?”
Realizing the Market Needed More Than Listings
These conversations revealed something important: Georgia’s real estate market wasn’t short on properties. It was short on trust, transparency, reliable information, and access to the right professionals.
Buyers and renters weren’t struggling to find options — they were struggling to find someone they could trust to guide them through the process.
From Community to Platform
We started small — bringing people together through groups and communities where they could exchange real estate opportunities, recommendations, and honest information with one another.
As that community grew, so did the need for something more structured: better tools, better information, and a higher standard of transparency than informal networks could offer.
That need is how TheAddress.ge was born.
Why We Chose the Name “The Address”
An address is more than just a location — it’s the starting point of every property decision.
Whether you’re renting, buying, investing, evaluating a property, or looking for the right professional to work with, everything begins with finding the right address. We chose this name because it reflects exactly what we set out to do: help people find not just a property, but the right starting point for their real estate journey in Georgia.
Our Purpose
To make real estate in Georgia more transparent, accessible, and trustworthy — connecting people with the right properties, opportunities, and professionals.
Because finding the right property starts with finding the right address.
